I have tried several times to log into your site and order some products. I know I have an account as I have ordered items from some children before. Will you please be kind enough to send me the password that is associated with my email?
If you registered last year, you must register again. If you have registered this year, then you should go to the following web-site: http://www.thechipshoppe.com/register.php once here, click on Customer. Once it says "Seller's Number" enter the Student's Id# (seven digits) that you have and click on Send Me My Password. Once you have done this, it will ask you for your e-mail address and zip code. Once you have entered this info you will receive an e-mail containing your password.
There is an item that I like online, but, I do not want to order it online and it is not in the fund-raising brochure through the school. Can I add this item to the order card?
Yes, you are allowed to write the items from online onto the order form. By doing so, the customer must pay you for the item and you must deliver the product to the customer rather than us doing so.
